What data we process, and why

We process the data you provide when you fill in the form: name or organisation, telephone number, email address if you give one, the origin and destination of the move, the planned date, the number of pieces and the description of the work and of your enquiry.

The purpose is to deal with your request and prepare the quote you ask for, and to keep the contact necessary to do so. The data are not used to send unsolicited marketing, and no profiling is carried out.

Legal basis

The consent you give by ticking the box on the form, and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request where the enquiry is a request for a quote.

How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as is necessary to deal with your enquiry and, if a contractual relationship arises, for the periods required by law. They are deleted thereafter.

Recipients

Data are not disclosed to third parties, except where required by law. The providers of hosting and email services access the data solely as processors and under contract.

Your rights

You may request access to your personal data, their rectification or erasure, the restriction of their processing, object to it and request their portability, by writing to wpas@wpas.es or to the postal address given above.

If you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, which is the supervisory authority.
